Yoga for Better Sleep is a 90-minute calming evening workshop designed to help your body unwind, your mind slow down, and your nervous system prepare for rest.
This workshop is for anyone who feels tired but wired at the end of the day, has a hard time settling before bed, or wants simple practices to support a more restful evening routine.
We’ll move through gentle, floor-based yoga, calming breathwork, legs-up-the-wall, supported forward folds, and a short sleep-focused meditation. Everything will be slow, accessible, and focused on helping your body release the day without needing to push, stretch hard, or do anything complicated.
You’ll also leave with a simple 10-minute bedtime sequence you can use at home when you want to settle your system and create a little more ease before sleep.
