Self-Love Sound Journey | Donation-Based

Join us for a Self-Love Sound Journey to celebrate the month of love. 💖 This will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit. You will have the opportunity to connect with yourself and cultivate self-love and self-compassion as you are "bathed" in the powerful sound frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other high vibrational instruments.

All are welcome but space is limited.

No experience is necessary. Come with an open mind and heart.

This event is donation-based.

Suggested energy exchange: $15 - $20

The sound bath takes place in Aikido Del Mar's new location in Scripps Ranch. As a courtesy to the dojo, please remove your shoes before going on the mat. Much gratitude to Aikido Del Mar for sharing their sacred space.
