SEEDS OF LIGHT || AN IMBOLC & FULL MOON HEALING CEREMONY

⟁ ⁣Imbolc means 'in the belly of the Mother', referring to the seeds of spring that are beginning their growth on Mother Earth.

⟁ ⁣Marking the astronomical midway point between Winter Solstice & the Spring Equinox, it is a time of renewal, new beginnings, and a time to begin planting our seeds of intention as we start to see the first signs of spring appearing

⟁ ⁣During this ceremony, we'll be working with the potent energy portal that Imbolc provides, inviting the light back in, setting our intentions for the year ahead & pouring love into our hearts 💜⁣

⟁ ⁣⁣We will begin with a healing cup of Mugwort & Fresh Mint Tea, followed by a guided grounding meditation and gentle breath work practice, working with embodied movement medicine to support any energetic release & processing that is needed, and clearing our energy bodies and fields with sacred sound healing and reiki energy healing. ⁣ We will also be invoking our intentions ✨

No previous experience of meditation, reiki or sound is needed to join, you will be fully supported and guided throughout the journey

Bella is a trauma informed reiki master teacher, sound healer, yin yoga, sekhem, embodied movement, akashic records and breath work teacher and the founder of The Temple of I - a safe space for you to come home to yourself, to release and shift anything that you no longer need, to call in and embody your light, and to step into your power.

Born into a lineage of healers, Bella’s experiences of energy began at a very young age, initially expressing itself through clairvoyance and healing touch.

Combining sound, reiki, breath work and embodied movement during her sessions, Bella creates a nurturing and safe space where you will be deeply held and supported to enable deep healing, connecting you to your body and your needs, bringing you back into harmony, back home to yourself.

CONTRAINDICATIONS & OTHER INFORMATION

It is advisable to avoid eating a heavy meal or drinking alcohol before and after attending a healing ceremony.

EMBODIED MOVEMENT

Embodied Movement is a gentle practice designed to help you connect with and release energy stored in the body. It encourages mindful movement, allowing you to honour your body’s needs. Any suggestions made by your practitioner are purely invitations and not obligations. If you experience any injury or pain, please listen to your body, resting on your mat is always a welcomed option.

Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris): Often used for its ability to stimulate the digestive system, Mugwort also has strong grounding and intuitive properties. It is commonly used to support lucid dreaming, psychic awareness, and emotional healing. It’s also known for its ability to relieve stress and tension in the body.

• Allergies to ragweed or similar plants should be cautious, as Mugwort may cause allergic reactions
• Can interact with certain medications, so it's important to consult with a healthcare professional before use
