🌻 A Women’s Cacao & Dance Ceremony 🌻

Join us for a magical women’s ceremony in a cosy garden studio held by nature. Rooted in the cycles of the seasons and the changing light around us, this evening weaves together breathwork, sound healing, cacao, movement, mindfulness, community, and simple creative expression — inviting us to reconnect with presence and the wisdom of our bodies.

We begin by arriving through breathwork and sound healing, allowing our nervous systems to settle and our awareness to soften inward.
From this grounded place, we drink cacao, open our hearts, and set intentions and prayers for the evening.

Together, we step outside to light the fire, honouring the elements, the turning seasons, and whatever we’re ready to release or welcome in.
We then move into dance — guided and intuitive — a space where movement becomes art, expression, and medicine.

After dancing, we drop into integration, followed by a simple art-making practice where you create a small piece inspired by your movement and inner journey.

We close in community, gathering in a circle to honour what has unfolded and softly return.

A nourishing evening of connection, breath, creativity, and embodiment — held montlhy with care, intention, and magic.
