A monthly sound bath and intuitive collage gathering to rest, reflect, and create in community.
About this Event

Give yourself two uninterrupted hours to slow down, rest, create, and reconnect with yourself through sound, creativity, and community.

Second Sunday Snip & Sound is a monthly gathering of sound healing, intuitive collage, and community connection led by artist and healer Tori Price.

Held on the second Sunday of each month, Snip & Sound is an opportunity to pause before the week ahead. Rather than rushing into Monday, you'll leave feeling more grounded, rested, creatively inspired, and connected to yourself, carrying that energy into the days ahead.

Just as Nature moves through changing seasons, so do we. Whether you're in a season of growth, rest, uncertainty, joy, grief, transition, or new beginnings, you are welcome here.

Each month offers an invitation to reflect, check in with your inner world, notice what season of life you're in, and create from wherever you are in the moment. While each gathering remains familiar, you arrive as a different version of yourself each month, creating space to notice what has shifted, what is asking for your attention, and what wants to emerge.

No art experience is needed. There is no right or wrong way to create, no expectation to make something "good," and sharing is always optional. Simply allow yourself to enjoy the process of creating in a relaxed, supportive space.

Your Sunday afternoon will include:

• Introduction to intuitive collage with practical guidance for your creative process
• Gentle breathwork + grounding meditation
• Crystal singing bowl sound healing + other healing instruments
• Intuitive collage creation during the sound bath
• Time for optional community connection and sharing

Immersed in a soothing sound bath, your nervous system will begin to settle as your brain naturally shifts into relaxed alpha and theta brain wave states associated with creativity, intuition, and reflective awareness.

As the analytical mind quiets, you'll be invited to create an intuitive collage using images, colors, and textures that naturally call to you. There is no need to plan, perfect, or focus on an outcome. Simply follow your curiosity and what draws your attention, and allow your intuition to lead the way.

Whether you arrive feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, creatively stuck, or simply in need of some time for you, this is a space to reconnect with yourself. Together, we'll rest, create, and remember that we are not separate from Nature. We ARE Nature.

Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling a little more like yourself.

About your facilitator:

Tori Price is a fine artist, sound healer, card reader, and teacher. She has been passionate about the strong connection between art and healing for over 12 years, leading her to create her art business in 2016 to help herself and others connect to intuition through making and viewing art.

Tori’s love for art and healing has guided her to follow a curious path of experiencing and learning other healing modalities that encourage mind-body connection. With a degree in Psychology and her certifications in yoga (200-hr), yin yoga, and sound healing, she enjoys guiding others in gentle, compassionate practices that cultivate a sense of safety and self-connection.

Experiencing trauma-related anxiety and depression (C-PTSD) for most of her life, Tori is a big believer in participating in accessible healing practices that encourage less mind energy and more heart and body energy. She is an advocate for practicing being (instead of doing) to cultivate healing in a restful, harmonious way. Being able to rest and feel at ease during sound baths has always drawn Tori to this practice.

Growing up a band geek and spending over 6 years playing mallet percussion in school, Tori’s inner child is overjoyed to be playing with mallets and music again through sound healing instruments. You can learn more about Tori and her offerings on her website and Instagram.
