Mobility Monday's at Sloans Lake

Join us for a mobility class at Sloan’s Lake, led by a licensed physical therapist. This class will emphasize end-range strengthening, helping you build control and stability in your fullest ranges of motion. As well as using science based tools work on improving range of motion and improving joint health. Whether you're an athlete or just looking to move better, this class will provide the tools to support long-term joint health. Plus, connect with a like-minded community and enjoy the weather as it starts to get warm outside. The perfect way to feel great through movement and mobility to get ready to tackle the week ahead or recover from the adventures of the weekend.

We will meet on the northeast side of the lake just north of the parking lot on stuart street, address below.
