About this Event
Each month offers a new reason to pause, breathe, and return to what sustains you. This hour is designed to ease stress, release tension, improve sleep, and help you meet the rest of your week with steadier shoulders.
Under soft candlelight, we’ll settle in, slow our breath, and simply relax - letting sound do the work for us as crystal singing bowls and elemental chimes guide the body from “go-mode” to grounded presence.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Gentle guided arrival, personal oracle card pulls, guided visualization
• 45-50 minutes of crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes & atmospheric instruments in a cozy, low-light space
• Quiet closing for reorientation and grounding
LOCATION
Harmonist Sanctuary - 4633 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80220
***Due to construction on Colfax, please allow ample time for parking in the surrounding neighborhood.
TIME
Doors: 7:00pm (arrive early to settle in and pull oracle cards)
Class: 7:15pm - 8:15pm
***please be on time - doors will be locked at 7:15pm so nobody wanders in off the street. Once doors are locked, no admittance and no refunds.
WHAT TO BRING
- Optional: Blanket & pillow, eye cover/sleep mask, socks (no shoes in the sanctuary)
- Dress in cozy layers; body temperature can drop as you relax.
**Yoga mats, light blankets, and bolsters will be provided.
