ABOUT OUR GUEST: Estelle Bonnaire (She/Her)
Estelle Bonnaire’s dance journey began at 13 with Lindy Hop, quickly evolving into a passion for swing dancing. At 18, she traveled the world to deepen her knowledge, eventually discovering her love for West Coast Swing, which blends smoothness, grace, and technique.
In 2011, Estelle moved to Montreal to train professionally, refining her skills as both a dancer and teacher while competing internationally. She became the first French All-Star dancer and placed 6th in the Classic division at The Open in 2018, collaborating with top dancers and coaches.
Estelle now lives in the Bay Area in California, while still traveling globally to compete, judge, and head judge at WSDC events, and teach. Her warm, approachable style and ability to simplify complex concepts make her a beloved instructor, leaving students more confident and skilled.

Tentative SCHEDULE:

2:30 pm Register, warm up, and volunteer to set up
3:00 pm *Advanced/All-Star WCS Workshop with Estelle: “Creating the Moment and Caring about the Exists”
(*Must qualify to participate in this leveled workshop with World Swing Dance Council Advanced/All Star points registry)
All levels can still AUDIT this class! In our Advanced/All-Star offerings, auditors are expected to:�
- Pay the fees as normal.
- You may use the dance floor to practice the material solo or with partner who is also auditing. You may not join the main class rotation or spotlight critiques.
- Take notes silently and respect the learning environment. Please refrain from asking questions or disrupting the class.
4:00 pm Intermediate WCS Workshop with Estelle: “Improving Communication Skills”
Prerequisite: No WSDC points required to attend. Make sure you are comfortable with all basic patterns and a few variations (Push, Pass, Tuck, Whip).
5:00 pm All Levels WCS Workshop with Estelle: “Basics with a Twist - Not so Basic”
Prerequisite: Know basic patterns (Push, Pass, Tuck, Whip).
5:30 pm FREE 1 Hour Beginner Lesson with Elise Renwick (upstairs)
6:00 pm Social dance starts, with DJ Sunshine (Lia Brown)
9:00 pm Social dance ends & volunteer to clean up
