About this Event
You heard pole was fun? Ready to try something new and exciting?
This beginner-friendly class breaks everything down into simple, achievable steps. You'll be surprised at what your body can do as you build strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive, encouraging space.
What is Pole Movement? Pole dance combines dance and fitness into an empowering art form, regardless of your background. You'll develop body awareness and strength at your own pace. This intro class provides the building blocks for the pole-curious in a fun, safe way.
What You'll Learn in Intro Classes:
- Warm-up to get you ready
- Foundational spins and transitions
- How to connect and flow between moves
Perfect For:
- Complete beginners who've never touched a pole
- Anyone who's thought "I wish I could do that"
- People looking for a new way to move their body that doesn't feel like a workout
- Dancers interested in expanding their movement
What to Bring:
- Short-sleeve top and shorts or leggings
- Basic knee pads or leg warmers (if you have them)
- No lotions/oils on skin prior to class, no jewelry!
Important Notes:
- Please plan ahead for traffic, parking, etc. Doors lock AT class time as the instructor is focusesd on the class and manages the door.
- Plan to be 10 mins early as first-time students need to get oriented to setup (Doors open ~15 mins before, please be patient if another class is ending).
- Look for an email from us after booking (check your spam!) for your waiver.
