𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵.
One of the strongest messages emerging from our conversations across Scotland is this:
The challenge is often not a lack of talent, ambition, support organisations or opportunities.
The challenge is navigation.
Many women know they want to progress, return to work, start a business, develop new skills, improve wellbeing, explore leadership opportunities or engage with emerging technologies.
What is often less clear is:
• Where to begin
• Which support is right for them
• How different organisations connect together
• What practical pathway comes next
This is one of the reasons the Scotland-Wide Women’s Convening has been created.
We are pleased to announce that two significant organisations are now joining the Convening:
� Business Gateway
Enterprise & Participation Partner
Supporting individuals and businesses across Scotland through practical enterprise advice, business support and growth pathways.
� Futures & Analytics Research (FAR) Hub, Edinburgh Napier University
Digital Inclusion, Data & Future Skills Participation Partner
Advancing digital literacy, future skills, data capability and inclusion to help people participate confidently in a rapidly changing economy.
Together, these organisations represent two increasingly important pillars of participation:
✓ Enterprise & Economic Participation
✓ Digital Inclusion & Future Readiness
Their involvement reflects a wider movement of organisations, institutions and community partners working together to strengthen Scotland’s participation infrastructure.
This Convening is designed to bring pathways into one place.
Not simply to raise awareness of services, but to help women understand what support exists, how it connects together and what practical next steps are available.

• Skills development
• Digital literacy
