Emergency and future planning

This event is only open to unpaid carers living in or caring for someone in Edinburgh and Midlothian.

About the event: We’ll help you create a future care plan and can answer your questions.

By the end of this session carers will:

• Understand what an Emergency Plan is and why it's important
• Complete sections of the Emergency Plan
• Discuss who to share the Emergency Plan with, when to review it and where to keep it.

• This event will take place IN PERSON.
