Unwind and recharge with a relaxing sound bath in West Bretton Village Hall. Join us for an in-person evening of soothing vibrations and peaceful vibes. Bring a mat, get comfy, and let the sounds wash over you. See you there for a chill Saturday night!

A sound bath session includes a guided meditation, sound bath, sharing circle (optional) and chance to pull oracle cards.

What to bring/ wear:

Yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on)

Water

Comfortable, warm clothes

Blanket/ pillow for extra comfort or eye mask (optional) The comfier & cosier the better!

Journal (optional)
