Creative well being ink workshop

Join us for an evening of mindfulness and creative exploration at our Creative well being workshop!

Our aim is to provide a space where you can unwind, express yourself, and join others in a supportive environment.

Dive into the world of creativity and explore mindfulness via the medium of alcohol ink. This in-person event will be held at the Art Exchange, a beautiful venue within Westgate studios, take some time out of your day and make space for your creative expression. Connect with like-minded individuals and unleash your inner artist. This workshop is suitable for all levels, you will leave the workshop with your own original ink painting.

Lucinda has been drawing, painting and creating for over 20 years. Graduating from the University of Sunderland in 2013 with a BA Hons in Fine Art. Lucinda currently works for a Mental Health Charity in Yorkshire, combining her skillset to deliver this Creative wellbeing workshop.

The Art Exchange is a non for profit Community Interest Company, dedicated to fostering creativity, well-being, and community connection through the arts. Providing a welcoming space for people of all ages and abilities to explore their artistic potential and connect with others.

There will also be time to enjoy some refreshments and cake :)
