Saturday Morning All-Levels Donation Yoga at the Point Loma Marina

Join mobile yoga studio Mind Body Badass for a Donation Yoga Flow on the grass lawn at Jimmy's Famous American Tavern, in San Diego's beautiful Sun Harbor Marina, Point Loma. We meet every Saturday morning 9-10 am! It doesn't get better than this oceanfront view. 😍🌊🧘🏻‍♀️

This is an accessible all-levels 60 minute Hatha flow yoga class, and everyone is welcome, including beginners! It's the perfect balance of feel-good stretching and strengthening.

We have a rotating schedule of teachers who are part of the team at Mind Body Badass! Check out our schedule below. This class was started by MBB creator Amy Baack in summer 2024 and has expanded to become a must-do yoga experience in the San Diego community!

*Suggested Donation: $10-20 (pay what you can, not required), accepted via cash or Venmo by your instructor

Bring a yoga mat, a towel for under your mat (the grass can get wet), sun protection, water, and all your friends & fam! Select Jimmy's Famous American Tavern (4990 North Harbor Drive) in your GPS. There is abundant parking available in the lots in front of Jimmy's (they are paid but only $1.50 per hour, you can easily pay with your phone using the signs throughout the lot).
