Monday Flowstate - Sunset Yoga at the Cliffs

What are you doing Monday evenings? Against the backdrop of Sunset Cliffs, come join yoga instructor Laura Monk from Soulfish Events for an invigorating vinyasa session every Monday evening from 6-7pm. Immerse yourself in a dynamic flow that will transport you to your Flowstate.

Classes start April 1st and will carry through the summer!

Join us on Earth Day, as we welcome our special guest, Sheenae (The Solii), who will be guiding us through the Solii experience after a 45 minute yoga session. This consists of a visual meditation, energizing breathwork, and close with a deeply restorative sound journey. This will bring you a deep sense of inner peace. We look forward to having a beautiful sunset when you come out of the session, allowing you to fully embrace your connection to the earth for Earth day!

Donations are gratefully accepted at the event.

Revel in the breathtaking oceanfront view while you embark on a 60-minute, dynamic vinyasa yoga class suitable for all levels. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a novice, everyone is welcome to join in! Each session will focus on transitions in movement, as we gaze out to the constant ebb and flow of the pacific ocean.

What to bring: Mat, towel (or two! The cliffs can be a bit sandy, and a towel or blanket under your mat is highly suggested), water and your pals! Even at sunset, a hat/sunglasses and sunscreen is also a great idea.

Location: We'll meet at the point located at 1253 Sunset Cliffs Blvd . Note - this is off the parking lot, further south than the Inn, and there is plenty of street parking in the area.
