Monday Flowstate - Sunset Yoga at the Cliffs

We're going to keep Flowstate flowin' through the winter season! Soulfish Events welcomes as our guest instructor starting November 3rd! Please note, we are moving our location down to Adair St!

What are you doing Monday evenings? Against the backdrop of Sunset Cliffs, come join Soulfish Events for an invigorating vinyasa session every Monday evening (dates and times vary based on season). Immerse yourself in a dynamic flow that will transport you to your Flowstate.

Donations are graciously accepted at the event.

Revel in the breathtaking oceanfront view while you embark on a 60-minute, dynamic vinyasa yoga class suitable for all levels. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a novice, everyone is welcome to join in! Each session will focus on transitions in movement, as we gaze out to the constant ebb and flow of the pacific ocean.

What to bring: Mat, towel (or two! The cliffs can be a bit sandy, and a towel or blanket under your mat is highly suggested), layers, water and your pals! Even at sunset, a hat/sunglasses and sunscreen is also a great idea.
