As day and night meet in equal measure on the Autumn Equinox, we gather at the sacred threshold between light and dark.
This turning of the season invites balance.

Sama Shakti: The Power of Sacred Balance is a ceremonial immersion to regulate the nervous system, harmonise the energy body, and align with the quieter rhythm of the months ahead.
Together, we honour the celestial balance of Equinox and restore that same equilibrium within.
This ceremony includes:
Welcome Circle: A grounded arrival to honour the season and clarify what you are ready to harvest, and what you are ready to lay down.
Prāṇāyāma (Breathwork): Gentle, regulating breath practices to centre the mind and stabilise the body.
Somatic Movement: Slow, gentle movement to release stored tension and invite deeper embodiment.
Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing: A guided descent into deep rest, supported by immersive sound healing to soothe the nervous system and recalibrate your inner rhythm.
Journalling & Closing Circle: Space to integrate what has surfaced, anchor intention, and consciously cross the threshold into the next season.
Autumn carries refinement.
