A soul-nourishing day designed for women to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
Open to all levels, this is a gentle yet energising day immersed in nature — weaving together surf, yoga, subtle-aromatherapy, and sauna. A space to breathe deeply, move intuitively, and nourish the mind, body, and soul alongside other women.

What to expect on the day

• A warm, welcoming space overlooking the ocean — a place to slow down and unwind
• Gentle, grounding yoga sessions suitable for all levels
• A surf lesson open to beginners and experienced surfers alike
• Time to warm up and relax in the Oranga Sauna after the surf
• Nourishing plant-based food lovingly prepared by your hosts
• Simple, beautiful rituals infused with subtle aromatherapy
• Connection with nature, the ocean, and a circle of like-minded women
• A thoughtfully curated goodie bag filled with local self-care treasures
• Plenty of fun and laughter!

• Yoga mats provided
• The retreat starts at 8.30am with a welcome and 9am yoga session. The day will have a relaxing flow & finish with a closing at 4.30pm.
• Spaces are limited to 10 to keep this day retreat intimate. It is our honour to create a space where you will feel safe, nourished & connected.
• Surf lesson is tailored to your skill level with qualified surf coaches.
• Surf grear hire at additional cost*
