Perched above the rugged beauty of Tunnel Beach, we’re creating a soft place to land—a day shaped by the tide, the salt air, and the simple luxury of unstructured time.
Whether you find your peace in the adrenaline of the ocean or the quiet heat of a wood-fired sauna, this is your space to move intuitively. No performance, no expectations—just a small circle of women, some good food, and the grounding pulse of the Pacific.
The Essentials
• When: Saturday, 14 March 2026 | 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
• Where: A private clifftop residence, Tunnel Beach, Dunedin
• Investment: $310 pp
The Flow of the Day
• The Sanctuary: Our base for the day is a private home overlooking the coast. It’s warm, quiet, and feels miles away from the everyday.
• Breath & Bone: We’ll start on the mat with grounding movement. It’s less about the "perfect pose" and more about settling back into your body.
• Saltwater Medicine: A surf session tailored to where you’re at. Whether it’s your first time touching a board or you're a regular in the lineup, our coaches are there to hold the space.
• The Heat: After the ocean, we retreat to the Oranga Sauna. There is something deeply restorative about warming your bones while watching the sea.
• Vibrant Fuel: We’ll share plant-based meals that are bright, seasonal, and made to be enjoyed slowly.
• Botanical Moments: We’ll weave in subtle aromatherapy and raw botanical scents—sensory anchors to help you stay present.
• Small Circles: No forced networking. Just the genuine, easy connection that happens when women gather by the water.
• A Parting Gift: A small collection of local, hand-picked treasures to take the feeling of the day home with you.
Essential Info
• Yoga: All mats and props are provided.
• The Flow: We begin at 8:30 am with a welcome ceremony, followed by a 9:00 am yoga flow. The day follows a rhythmic, relaxing pace, closing at 4:30 pm.
• Surf Gear: Boards and wetsuits are available for hire at an additional cost, if you don't have your own.
• Your Hosts: We are honored to create a safe, sacred space where you can feel truly seen and nourished.
