Hopefully the weather will play along for another "field trip" as we did the last 2 years in March!
This time through the SOUTHERN CEMETERY off South Road. We will gather at 2:45 pm for a 3 pm start of picnic and walk, guided by group member Galel!
ALTERNATIVELY if the weather is not cooperative, we will meet as usual at THE SWAN. Same time!
Watch announcements here in the morning of 21st March if the weather is doubtful. If clear - see you at Cemetery; if rainy - see you at The Swan!
BRING your snack / drink for the Cemetery picnic and maybe a blanket or light folding seat!
Aside from learning about some of the history of this Cemetery, it is the same idea as always:
- group-led conversation about death and dying
- not counselling, no presentation, no specific topics, but all can share, listen, talk....!
PLEASE pre-register by replying GOING (not interested as that would not get you on the attendants list!) as time and seating at The Swan is limited!
If we can be at the Cemetery the group can extend to more participants. If we are at The Swan we may not be able to accommodate everyone in excess to max 15.
