Sacred Stillness: Mindfully Letting Go & Acceptance
About this Event
There are moments in life when healing doesn't begin by changing our circumstances—it begins by changing our relationship to them.
In this session of our Sacred Stillness series, we explore the practice of mindfully letting go of the struggle against what we cannot control while learning to meet our present experience with greater acceptance and compassion. Rather than fighting difficult emotions, uncomfortable thoughts, or life's uncertainties, we begin creating space for them with curiosity, gentleness, and awareness.
Acceptance is often misunderstood as giving up or settling. In reality, it is a courageous act of acknowledging what is true in this moment so we can respond with wisdom instead of reacting from fear or resistance. As we soften our resistance, we create the conditions for the nervous system to regulate, the heart to open, and healing to unfold.

- Guided grounding meditation and mindful arrival
- An exploration of Radical Acceptance through both psychological and mindfulness perspectives
- Reflection on how resistance appears mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually
- Journaling exercises to identify areas where we may be holding unnecessary struggle
- A guided meditation centered on compassion and acceptance
- Supportive group discussion in a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space
