Each circle is a guided gathering of women coming together in meditation, simple rituals, and heartfelt sharing where we create space to be with ourselves and one another—just as we are. You don’t need to know what to say or do. Just come with a willingness to be present and to share in the quiet strength and wisdom of women.
Rooted in the yogic path of unity, self-awareness, and inner nourishment, these circles honor the unique journey of each woman. Whether you're seeking clarity, connection, or simply a moment to exhale, this experience offers a return to self—and a reminder that you’re not alone.

At LifeCore Yoga, we support every student’s unique path toward well-being. Our Women’s Circles are an extension of this mission—nurturing mind, body, and spirit through meaningful community.
Facilitated by Patty Nelson, LifeCore Yoga member, Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coach, Certified Sister Stories Women’s Circle Facilitator, and Enneagram Practitioner. Co-facilitated by Kate Jackson, Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coach and Enneagram Practitioner. Together, they co-founded Enneagram RX, an initiative dedicated to supporting women through self-awareness, healing, and the mind-body connection.
