An after-school yoga club that helps kids move, breathe, and thrive!Join The Mindfulness Movement for a 4-week Kids Yoga Club at Lincoln Elementary School in White Bear Lake, offered in collaboration with White Bear Lake Community Services & Recreation. This enrichment series is designed just for students in grades 1–5, offering a playful and purposeful way to stretch, relax, and grow emotionally and physically after a full day of learning.
Each session includes:
🤸 Fun and accessible yoga poses
🌬️ Breathing techniques to calm and focus
🎲 Mindful movement games and social-emotional skill building
💛 A supportive, screen-free space for connection and confidence
Led by licensed teacher and certified yoga teacher Tara Willits, this program promotes well-being, resilience, and relaxation through age-appropriate activities rooted in mindfulness and movement.
