Mindful movement, joyful connection, after school!Join The Mindfulness Movement for a 4-week Kids Yoga Club at Lakeaires Elementary School in White Bear Lake, presented in collaboration with White Bear Lake Community Services & Recreation. This enriching after-school series is open to students in grades 1–5, providing a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for kids to stretch, breathe, and grow.
Each weekly class includes:
🧘 Beginner-friendly yoga poses
🌬️ Breathing and mindfulness techniques
🎯 Social-emotional learning and calming games
💛 Connection, self-expression, and relaxation
Led by licensed teacher and certified yoga teacher Tara Willits, this program empowers students with tools for emotional regulation, focus, and inner strength—while having fun with their peers.
