Mindful movement and fun, right after school!Join The Mindfulness Movement for another 4-week session of the Kids Yoga Club at Lakeaires Elementary School, presented in partnership with White Bear Lake Community Services & Recreation. This after-school enrichment program is designed for students in grades 1–5 and combines movement, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning in a playful, empowering way.
Each class includes:
🧘 Fun and easy-to-follow yoga poses
🌬️ Breathing techniques for calm and focus
🎯 Games and activities that build emotional awareness
💛 A warm, inclusive space to connect and recharge
Led by licensed teacher and certified yoga teacher Tara Willits, each session supports students’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being—while giving them the tools to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
📅 Dates: Tuesdays – Nov 4, 11, 18, & 25
