Cacao is a sacred plant medicine that assists with heart healing, deeper meditation, calming your mind and nervous system. This medicine is so gentle and not psychedelic or harmful.

Please bring a yoga matt or something to lie on, blanket, pillow, water, journal, water bottle.

Please note the sound healing (due to high vibrations) is not suitable for early pregnancy, those with fitted pace makers, and those with serious mental health conditions such as schizophrenia.
