About this Event

Join Francesca at this beautiful new venue - St Dunstans Festival Hall. Surrounded with wonderful natural light and wooden beams, a lovely setting for your practise.

Our class is a mix of Ashtanga and Somatic.

Yoga here is not an exercise class so it is as gentle as needed.

There is no judgement or expectations in these spaces.

PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT.

This class is donation only, suggested £5-10 cash at the class, however no one will be turned away.
