Deep Rest: Sound Journey - Glastonbury

Time to switch off. This session is open to all but designed for busy professionals, parents, and anyone who finds it difficult to switch off. As an ex hotel manager, I understand more peace is much needed in our busy schedule.

Join this 1 hour Deep Rest Sound Journey with Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls allow you to fully unwind at the end of the working week. The layered frequencies of the crystal bowls provide a steady, grounding focus — helping you shift out of a busy, switched-on state and into deep rest.There is no talking, no introductions, and no group activity.
You simply arrive, set up your space, lie down, and allow the sound to do the work.

Why sound?
Research suggests that sustained, repetitive sound can encourage brainwave activity to slow into states associated with relaxation, while also supporting reduced heart rate, lower stress levels, and improved mental clarity.

What to bring?
Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Blanket (recommended for warmth)
Pillow or cushion for support
Water bottle
Optional: crystal, journal

A simple, low-effort way to reset your system and ease into the weekend. Strictly alcohol free event.Not suitable for early pregnancy, those with pace makers, those with serious metal conditions such as schizophrenia.
