Theme: As the energy of spring deepens, this session invites you to explore the lineage of strength that lives within you — the countless generations whose survival, courage, and resilience made your life possible.
Around the time of Cinco de Mayo, we’re reminded of cultural resilience and victory. But this session expands that idea beyond any single heritage. It honors the deeper human story we all carry — the ancestors who crossed oceans, tilled soil, faced storms, fought battles, raised families, and endured so that life could continue. Our connection to nature and the bloom that awaits us in Spring, a blossoming renewal of self.
Research in epigenetics shows that our bodies carry emotional and survival imprints across generations, sometimes up to seven generations back. Their strength lives in your nervous system. Their wisdom lives in your bones.
In this breathwork journey, we’ll explore how to honor where you came from while consciously choosing the path forward — clearing mental fog, reconnecting to your purpose, and creating space for new beginnings. This class is both a remembrance and a renewal.

It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you! Breathwork can create profound transformation from the inside out in all areas of our life when practiced regularly. As a breathwork mentor and facilitator, I'm committed to showing you how to use the language of the body to nurture greater balance internally and call in all that you desire externally, too. We're talking deep nervous system regulation!
All of my classes are taught through a trauma-informed lens and utilize somatic (body) based techniques. This is a safe space to land and all of you is welcome here! Each group class I teach is unique and lovingly created from scratch letting intuition and authenticity lead. Topics, themes, and teachings will vary and include breath techniques to promote harmony and healing in the mind-body-spirit complex. During each session, I also provide energy work in alignment with the focus of the class and individual needs.
