Theme: In honor of Mother’s Day weekend, this session explores the profound ways maternal lineage shapes our bodies, emotions, and nervous systems.
Long before we are born, our connection to our mother begins. In the womb, her breath regulates ours. Her nervous system teaches our body how to experience safety, stress, and connection. Science shows that a child’s nervous system develops through co-regulation with their caregiver — meaning many of our emotional patterns begin long before we have words for them. The female nervous system also varies widely biologically from a man's.
This session gently explores the maternal line — the mothers, grandmothers, and women who came before us — while creating space to release inherited patterns and reclaim your own emotional sovereignty. Whether your relationship with motherhood feels loving, complicated, painful, or sacred, this is a compassionate space to honor the feminine wisdom within you. Because the divine feminine isn’t just about motherhood. It’s about intuition, creativity, compassion, and the ability to nurture life — including your own.

As a breathwork mentor and facilitator, I'm committed to showing you how to use the language of the body to nurture greater balance internally and call in all that you desire externally, too. All of my classes are taught through a trauma-informed lens and utilize somatic (body) based techniques. This is a safe space to land and all of you is welcome here! Each group class I teach is unique and lovingly created from scratch letting intuition and authenticity lead. Topics, themes, and teachings will vary and include breath techniques to promote harmony and healing in the mind-body-spirit complex. During each session, I also provide energy work in alignment with the focus of the class and individual needs.
