Theme: Many of us were taught that anger is something to suppress, avoid, or feel ashamed of. But anger is not the enemy. Anger is energy — a signal from the body that something important needs attention, protection, or change. When anger is suppressed, it often turns inward as anxiety, inflammation, chronic tension, or emotional numbness.
In honor of Armed Forces Day — a day recognizing courage, strength, and protection — this session invites you to explore your own inner protector energy. Through somatic breathwork, safe emotional expression, and guided release practices, you’ll learn how to move anger through the body in a healthy way and transform it into clarity, strength, and vitality. Because emotional expression isn’t weakness. It’s power in motion.
What You’ll Experience
- Breathwork designed to activate and release stored emotional energy.
- Somatic practices targeting tension in the jaw, shoulders, chest, and diaphragm.
- Safe anger-release techniques using sound and movement (Shoutlet pillows provided).
- Guided exploration of emotional “armor” and how it forms.
- Integration practices that transform emotional intensity into calm and clarity.

As a breathwork mentor and facilitator, I'm committed to showing you how to use the language of the body to nurture greater balance internally and call in all that you desire externally, too. We're talking deep nervous system regulation!
All of my classes are taught through a trauma-informed lens and utilize somatic (body) based techniques. This is a safe space to land and all of you is welcome here! Each group class I teach is unique and lovingly created from scratch letting intuition and authenticity lead. Topics, themes, and teachings will vary and include breath techniques to promote harmony and healing in the mind-body-spirit complex. During each session, I also provide energy work in alignment with the focus of the class and individual needs.
