Somatic Breathwork for Inner Child Healing & Emotional Integration
Within each of us live many inner children—parts shaped by different ages, experiences, and unmet needs.
This heart-centered breathwork journey invites you to reconnect with those younger parts of yourself that still carry emotion, memory, or longing for safety and care. Through gentle breath, visualization, and nervous-system support, we create space for compassion, reassurance, and integration.
Rather than revisiting the past, this session focuses on meeting the inner children from your adult self—offering presence, regulation, and love where it was once missing.
✨ Ideal for those healing childhood wounds, attachment patterns, emotional reactivity, or self-abandonment.
Join Morgan Hallenbeck, a Somatic Breathwork facilitator for an amazing experience of somatic breathing. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
