Narcissistic dynamics can slowly erode your sense of self—your intuition, worth, voice, and emotional safety.
This powerful breathwork session is designed to support healing from narcissistic abuse and emotionally manipulative relationships by helping you reclaim your inner authority and reconnect with who you are beneath the conditioning.
Through somatic breath, guided reflection, and nervous-system regulation, we’ll gently unwind internalized self-doubt, release relational trauma held in the body, and restore a felt sense of autonomy and self-trust.
This is a space to breathe yourself back into wholeness—without explaining, defending, or minimizing your experience.
✨ Ideal for those healing from emotionally abusive relationships, gaslighting, people-pleasing patterns, or identity loss.
