Join us for Rooted in Abundance, an immersive sound bath experience inspired by the fullness of the summer season and the abundance that exists both around us and within us. Together, we'll explore the ways our inner landscape mirrors the natural world, recognizing the growth that has already taken root, the strengths we've cultivated, and the blessings that often go unnoticed amidst the busyness of daily life.

Our evening will begin with a toe to crown tension release followed by a guided visualization, inviting you to settle into your body and connect with the energy of midsummer. Through visualization, you'll be guided into an inner garden, a space to acknowledge what is thriving, what is blooming, and what is ready to receive even more nourishment.

From there, you'll be immersed in a restorative sound bath featuring the Chinese Chau gong, 432 hz singing crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, crystal pyramid, crystal harp, and a variety of soothing chimes. As waves of sound wash over you, you'll be invited into a state of deep rest where your nervous system can soften, your mind can quiet, and your body can simply receive.
