Art with Heart

The support group will be open to all adults and no artistic skills are required. This free support group will be meeting in-person exploring a variety of mediums that are approachable and easily navigated. This group will encourage community and support for fellow attendees as well as providing a safe space to create. Being low risk and high reward, art has been shown to reduce stress, produce positive emotions, raise self-esteem, create neuroplasticity and increase cognitive abilities. Most of all art creates a sense of community and collaboration which is essential for our mental health.
