We’ll lay a foundation for the new year through the powerful archetypes of The Fool, The Emperor, The Aces, and the Twos—helping us root into our inner knowing and explore self-growth aligned with our spiralic nature.

This form of Tarot serves as a mindfulness practice, flows well with somatic movement, and is deepened by a guided meditation with sound bath.

Bring your Tarot deck (with the cards mentioned above), a yoga mat, pillow(s), blanket(s), eye covering (optional), journal (optional), and water bottle. Yoga mats and hot tea will be available.
