An all levels yoga flow for parents and their babes! This class is open to either (or both) parents and babies 6 weeks to two years old. Babies and toddlers are welcome to explore the studio or play space in our studio as we practice. Come connect with fellow parents and enjoy mindful movement.Please bring a mat and water bottle.

Both parents included in the cost of the ticket. Suggested donation of $5-$15. If cost is a barrier at all, please reach out to [email protected] for scholarship info.
