We’ll begin by exploring the astrological “chart of the moment”, uncovering archetypal insights to anchor us in deeper self-awareness.

From there, immerse yourself in a meditative sound journey through the zodiac, planets, and houses as the sonic environments unfold using restorative instruments, planetary frequencies, and curated nature soundscapes.

What to Bring: a mat, blanket, water and eye-pillow for your comfort.

Bio: Sean Pepers is an active co-facilitator working alongside community leaders to offer transformative meditative sound experiences. A dedicated learner, Sean draws inspiration from his ongoing studies in astrology, Integral Theory, Dream Yoga, and Indian Classical Music, weaving these practices into his unique approach to sound meditation.
