Family Sound Bath

Join us for a family-friendly Sound Bath experience that's fun for all ages! In this special event, Kevin Kraft (Soundshala) will read from his enchanting children’s book, “Ohmmmmmmm”, while Natalia Martin (Align45) guides the group through mindful balance postures & movements that are beautifully woven into the story. Suitable and fun for all levels!

Next, we’ll settle into a calming sound bath, where you’ll relax to the healing vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and more. These soothing sounds will help release stress, reset your energy, & bring deep relaxation to your body and mind.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Bring an eye mask, mat (if you need to borrow one, contact Natalia by Feb 3 at noon), & a light blanket.
