We're back in Boca Raton! Guided by the luminous energy of the full moon, this one-of-a-kind experience blends movement, music, and intention in community.
We’ll begin with a Full Moon-Inspired Yoga Flow, co-led by Jessica Om and Pedro Luna, as the sun sets behind us and the full moon rises over the Atlantic. Live beats by DJ SUBSQWAD will support your breath and movement, creating a powerful energetic flow. As the night unfolds, we’ll transition into a deeply relaxing sound bath savasana to seal in your intentions and align with the rhythms of this new lunar cycle.
