This 2-hour immersive workshop is your chance to explore the art of going upside down in a safe, supportive, and energizing environment. Whether you’re brand new to inversions or looking to take your practice to the next level, you’ll find inspiration, practical tools, and plenty of encouragement.
We’ll start with grounding warm-ups to wake up your core, open your shoulders, and prepare your wrists and spine for strong, stable movement. Then we’ll dive into the essentials of three empowering inversion postures:
Headstand(s) (Sirsasana)
Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana)
Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana)
You’ll get personalized tips, partner exercises, and step-by-step progressions to help you feel confident wherever you are in your journey.
Finally, we’ll weave your new skills into a creative yoga flow, integrating inversion transitions so they feel natural and joyful in your vinyasa practice.
