Experience Qigong Flow & Sound Healing at Yoga Journey
Join us for a unique afternoon of gentle, mindful movement and deep relaxation. This session begins with Qigong Flow, an ancient practice rooted in Chinese medicine that opens energy pathways, supports the nervous system, and promotes overall vitality. Accessible to all levels—no experience needed.
Following the movement, you'll be guided into a meditative state through a sound healing journey with sacred instruments including gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and more. These healing vibrations help release tension, clear energetic blockages, and restore balance to body and mind.
Led by Sophie Zambrano, Qigong instructor and sound healing practitioner.

ABOUT Sophie:
My path in energy work started 17 years ago with a strong foundation in Ayurveda
(Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching and Ayurvedic Dietetics), a certification in Kundalini Yoga, and as an Acutonics (tuning forks) sound and vibrational therapist. As a certified Kundalini yoga teacher I had an injury practicing yoga and since then it became painful to practice it. I missed the mental and spiritual aspect of the yogic practice.... until I discovered Qigong! Naturally I expanded my knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine and energy work practicing Qigong. I discovered Qigong in 2019 and “fell in love” with the practice! Since then I have been practicing and teaching it on a daily basis. I am a certified Qigong flow instructor and a professional member of the National Qigong Association.
