This is a series of three Rocket Yoga classes hosted by MYCC and taught by visiting instructor Em Pedersen in which you can experience all the vigorous challenge of Ashtanga yoga, but in a style that breaks free from the strict structure and give you more opportunity to make it your own. This class allows for more playfulness and freedom of movement, and more empowerment in your practice through creativity, endurance, and rhythm.
