Learn to ROCK your POT! Interested in getting an electric pressure cooker but curious if it is for you? Have one but are a bit afraid of it? Just want to easily enjoy cooking a meal your family will love?Come for this session and cook an entire meal using the pressure cooker. We will be using Instant Pot and/or the Ninja Foodii, but this is translate-able to other brands. Feel free to bring yours to see how to translate between brands if you have a different brand. Chef Valerie Hanson created this class to have a Moroccan flair and is enjoyed by kids and adults alike. Together, participants will make Sweet and Sour Cabbage, Moroccan Mac and Cheese, Moroccan Meatballs with Cilantro Pesto, and Chai Rice Pudding. You will learn how to make all of these dishes AND learn different functions of your pot. Discover how each of these dishes is only minutes in the making. You can have the meal on the table in about an hour. After making the dishes, sit down and enjoy the meal together! Feel free to bring a beverage of choice to enjoy.
