We are so excited to be offering the Riverwalk yoga series for the 5th year now! Every week a different instructor from B-1 will be leading an all-levels class and collecting donations for a non-profit of their choice. We are kicking off the summer with our dear friends at Centrally Rooted.
Megan G. will be leading the class and Jill and Callie from CR will be playing their original Mindful Musicians songs for all of you. This is one you should definitely bring the kiddos to, because these songs are geared towards them! Jill will also give you the opportunity to sign-up for special pop-up summer classes right there on the spot!
