Chair Yoga offers many of the same benefits as traditional Yoga, including improving muscle tone & strength, increasing flexibility & balance, and learning basic breathing techniques. Yoga poses are done while seated or while using a chair for balance.
Nancy Thompson has been a student of Deb May’s for more than 20 years and a certified Yoga instructor for nine years.
$10 per person per class; please register online at shalomretreats.org or by calling 563.582.3592 by the Thursday before each class.
