Check-Ins - Friday May 24th. ALL COMPETITORS must check-in between the hours of 6 pm - 8 pm at the Five Flags Theater, 405 Main St. Dubuque, IA 52001 the day before the show. NO EXCEPTIONS. You MUST bring the required items listed below in order to check-in AND ON THE day of the show. If you do not have them, you will not be allowed to compete.
Valid NPC Membership Card. NPC Memberships can only be purchased at this link http://npcnewsonline.com/join-the-npc/ ($135.00). We will not sell them at check ins. Make sure you have proof of purchase when checking in.

MANDATORY COMPETITORS MEETING AT 9:00 AM CST ON SATURDAY May 25th at the Five Flags Theater, 405 Main St. Dubuque, IA 52001
Pre-judging 10 AM and the Evening show starts at 5 PM CST.
Eligibility
Each competitor must be registered with the NPC and must present a current NPC membership card, current NPC membership payment receipt or purchase an NPC card at this competition.
Each Master Competitor: A) Must have reached their 35th/40th/50th/60thor 70thbirthday by date of show. B) Must provide proof of age with a birth certificate, driver’s license or state ID.
Teen Men:Must have reached their 18th birthday, but not their 20th birthday by date of show. *CROSSOVERS ARE ALLOWED BETWEEN MENS BODYBUILDING, PHYSIQUE AND CLASSIQUE PHYSIQUE
*Open - For everyone. The best of the best division.
*Masters - Age divisions.
*Novice and True Novice Divisions can be more than 1 class depending on entries.
*Novice - Never placed 1st in a class
*True Novice - Never did a show. Some divisions will only have Novice.

*If you do not make weight for this class, you will either go into physique or bodybuilding. No refunds will be given.

Prejudging: No free posing in the morning.
Posing/Music: Evening show: 60 seconds posing with music. Men’s & Women’s Bodybuilding Competitors, Classic Physique, Women’s Physique Competitors must upload 1 song 60 seconds long to Muscleware.com when they send you the link after you enter the show. In case of failed music, house music will be provided for your routine. Music must not contain any profanity.
Awards: Big Custom Medals awarded to the top 5 places in each weight or age class.
Championship Belts and Crowns awarded to overall winners of the Men’s and Women’s divisions.
Rules and Entry Fees: Athletes who compete in pre-judging must participate in evening show. Solid color posing suits only. No T-back suits permitted. No jewelry is permitted for men (except wedding rings). Athletes must exhibit good sportsmanship at all times. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWEDBACKSTAGE EXCEPT COMPETITORS AND CONTEST OFFICIALS. A COACHES PASS CAN BE PURCHASED FOR $50.00 (DOES NOT INCLUDE PREJUDGE AND EVENING SHOW TICKETS. MUST PURCHASE TICKETS SEPERATELY). Your Coach must have a NPC Membership. Current NPC rules apply. No Hot Stuff or Analgesic sprays are allowed (no exceptions). No bottled tanning lotion allowed in building. Please have your tanning preparation done before you arrive. YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FOR PUTTING TANNING COLOR ON IN THE BUILDING.No spray tanning booths will be allowed except for the official spray tanners of the show - W-Right Rayz will be doing the Spray tans and make up.
COMPETITORS IN THE AUDIENCE YOU MUST BE FULLY CLOTHED WHEN NOT ONSTAGE OR IN THE PUMP-UP AREA.
Entry Fees: Crossovers allowed. Entry fee $115 for all divisions. All fees included in price. Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. **ONLINE ENTRY FORM SHUTOFF WEDNESDAY MAY 22 AT 10 PM.

- Holiday Inn 450 Main Street, Dubuque, IA 52001 is the show hotel. It is right across the street from the show site. They have their own parking ramp. Use "NPC Bodybuilding Show" to get the $129 a night room rate. The "cut-off date" for accepting reservations into this room block is Thursday April 25, 2024. *Please make sure to bring your own sheets. You will be charged a fee if you stain the hotel sheets with tanning spray.
