As we approach the close of another year, you’re invited to pause, breathe, and journey inward.

Join me for a one-day immersive retreat designed to help you release what no longer serves you, reflect on the lessons of the year, and realign your energy for the path ahead.

This experience blends yoga, sound healing, African dance, breathwork, journalling, and a heartfelt healing circle, guiding you through the elements of earth, water, fire, and air to restore balance and awaken renewal from within.

All tickets for Ritual of Renewal: Processing of the Year are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.
This is to allow for preparation costs, venue hire, and materials that are organised in advance for each participant.

If you are unable to attend, you may:

• Transfer your ticket to a friend or family member (just email us their name before the event), or
• Request to move your booking to a future Luna Mar Yoga workshop or event, subject to availability.

In the rare event that the retreat is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or credit towards a future retreat.
