Take it easy with Rilakkuma at the Nisei Week Festival! Follow Rilakkuma throughout the afternoon for special appearances, enjoy exclusive collaboration drinks and snacks at Okayama Kobo, and reserve your spot for an evening Meet & Greet.

  Location: Okayama Kobo Inside Miyako Hotel
  Visit Okayama Kobo for a special Rilakkuma appearance and enjoy exclusive Rilakkuma collaboration drinks and snacks, available for purchase.
• 🕟 Starting at 4:30–5:00 PM
  Ondo Festival Appearance (No Reservation Needed)
  Location: Directly outside the Miyako Hotel
  Catch Rilakkuma during a special appearance at the Ondo Festival.
• 🕕 6:00 PM & 7:00 PM
  Rilakkuma Meet & Greet (Reservation Required)
  Location: Valet Area, Miyako Hotel Los Angeles
  Come meet and take photos with Rilakkuma!
  

🎟️ Reservation Information

Reservations open Friday, August 14 at 12:00 PM (PT).

• Reservations are FREE.
• Reservations are required for the 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM Meet & Greet sessions only. A reservation is not required for the earlier public appearances.
• Each reservation admits one group of up to four (4) guests. If you are attending together, please make only one reservation for your group.
• One special gift is included with each reservation, while supplies last.
• Reservations are available online only. No on-site reservations will be available.
• Please arrive a few minutes early, and have your Eventbrite confirmation ready at check-in.
• Each reservation grants entry to one 20-minute Meet & Greet session. Guests will be admitted during their selected session and queued on a first-come, first-served basis within that 20-minute window. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
• Please choose your reservation time carefully. Even if the event schedule changes, we are unable to accommodate requests to change your reserved Meet & Greet session.
