Some house parties end with a messy kitchen, unexpected hookups, and a few regrets. Others get you evicted, sent to J*il, and immortalized among the greatest party gods of all time.
This is the latter.
Join host Jodie Sweetin, a bona fide party legend, and competing comedians Jasmine Parniani, Kyle Rehl, and Joe Kwaczala for a night inspired by the most infamous house parties ever thrown.
Smoke Show is part comedy show, part pageant, and part completely unnecessary test of human endurance. Each month, three of LA’s top comedians compete in themed games, challenges, mystery talents, and outrageous performances to determine who has what it takes to be crowned the next Smoke Show Superstar. The winner is chosen by you, the audience.
This month’s theme? House Parties.
It always starts the same way: “We’re just having a few people over. Swing by for a few drinks.” Then word gets out.
Ten people become a hundred. A hundred becomes a thousand. Suddenly you spot your eighth-grade teacher dancing on the dining room table. A stranger’s in your kitchen spiking drinks with LSD. Your ex shows up to see you kissing the hottest person on Earth. And somehow a delivery driver crashes their car into your neighbor’s pool, which is how the house party became a block party.

Jodie Sweetin is an actress, author, podcaster, and advocate, best known as Stephanie Tanner on Full House and Fuller House. She cohosts the How Rude, Tanneritos! podcast with Andrea Barber and now focuses on stand-up and live comedy, co-producing this monthly LA show with comedy writers Sabrina and Gia Cognata. Offstage, she's vocal in activism and mental health advocacy, using her platform to support others..
Jasmine Parniani is a Los Angeles comedian who turned amateur detective work into internet fame, going viral for tracking down the truth behind a "perfect" Hinge match — racking up millions of views in the process. She's performed at venues across LA, including the Hollywood Improv and Upright Citizens Brigade.
Kyle Rehl built a following by turning strangers in the front row into material, racking up over 240,000 followers with crowd work that's equal parts terrifying and beloved. He's brought that same energy to Peacock's The Mediator, been written up in Deadline and The A.V. Club, and toured clubs nationwide, from the Hollywood Improv to The Creek and the Cave.
Joe Kwaczala built a career on doing too much on purpose, once releasing 31 sketch videos in a single day just to see if he could. Beyond the stunts, he's got a Comedy Central Stand-Up Presents special, writing credits at The Onion and MAD Magazine, and a self-starring mockumentary, American Comic. He also hosts Solid, a stand-up show every Tuesday.
