Friends, Feelings, and Confidence: A Two Day Intensive for girls age 12-14

This intensive is designed to help tween and young teen girls, ages 12-14, enter the school year feeling more confident, emotionally prepared, and equipped to navigate friendship dynamics, social stress, school routines, and moments of overwhelm.

The program is structured, skill-based, and interactive. Girls will participate in guided discussion, journaling, creative exercises, role-play, and practical planning so they leave with tools they can actually use during the school year.
